We promote the concept of food as both medicine and politics, recognizing that everything that goes into our bodies influences our mental outlook and physical health, and the sources of food, how it is grown and processed can not be separate from the politics that produce it. We specifically teach from the traditions of North and south American shamanism, including, Inca, Toltec and Lakota and Hopi traditions, as well as Tibetan Bon and Buddhist beliefs and practices and Chinese Taoist philosophy and medicine.
